Acceptance

By accessing quovatry.com or engaging Quovatry LLC for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Quovatry provides operations automation and client experience design services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement executed between Quovatry and the client.

• Quovatry provides advisory and implementation services. Final decisions regarding business processes and technology choices remain with the client.
• Intellectual property created during an engagement transfers to the client upon receipt of payment in full, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
• All work product remains the property of Quovatry until payment is received in full.

No Warranty on Specific Outcomes

Quovatry delivers services with professional care and expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational results. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the engagement; results depend on factors outside our control, including client implementation decisions.

Confidentiality

Quovatry treats all client information, including technical architecture, business processes, and proprietary data, as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Clients requiring a formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to beginning discussions may request one by contacting us at contact@quovatry.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quovatry's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client under the relevant engagement. Quovatry is not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
